Where we are
The nearest airport is Geneva, which is a 1h15m transfer away from Le Chinaillon. Geneva is an exceptionally well-connected airport, and flights are available to/from many cities in the UK. Those arriving by air from the UK, we would suggest that you book our recommended flights (see right), or flights from other destinations that coincide with the arrival times. This means that we can arrange a shared transfer and keep your costs down.
The nearest train station is in Annecy, and we can assist with a transfer to Le Chinaillon if required. Please get in touch with us for more information.
If you plan to arrive by car, let us know and we will send you detailed directions to the course chalet. There is some parking available outside the chalet, but please let us know in advance if you need this. If you are hiring a car, Geneva airport is unique in that it sits over the border of Switzerland and France, always check prices from both the Swiss and French sides of the airport. If you hire from the French side, please note that you cannot drive on Swiss motorways without purchasing an annual 'viginette' pass. If you would like some advice on car hire, please get in touch.
